Matthew A. Chin, MD, MS

Dr. Matthew Chin is a board-certified, dual fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in both oncologic and spinal surgery. After graduating from Dartmouth College, where he majored in mathematics and chemistry, he received his master’s and doctorate degrees from Drexel University College of Medicine. Dr. Chin stayed in Philadelphia to complete his residency in orthopedic surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital. During residency, Dr. Chin investigated several topics, ranging from on-field performance in post-concussive professional athletes to case reports of recurrences of rare oncologic entities. The results of his research have been published in peer-reviewed orthopedic journals and presented at multiple national scientific meetings.

Sean R. Dingle, MD

Dr. Sean Dingle is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a fellow of the American Association of Orthopaedic Surgeons (FAAOS). He is also a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, a select group of orthopedists from across the United States dedicated to progress and innovation in the care of hip and knee arthritis.

Donald L. Erb, DO

Pain Management

Dr. Donald Erb, a fellowship-trained pain management doctor, joined Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center in 2013. He earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internal medicine residency and anesthesiology residency at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

Dr. Erb completed his fellowship training in pain management at the University of South Florida in 1996, and he holds a subspecialty certification in pain management from the American Board of Anesthesiology. In addition, Dr. Erb has been actively involved in pain research since 2008, helping to conduct nearly two dozen clinical trials for various pharmaceutical companies.

Erik S. Herman, MD

Dr. Erik Herman is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed his residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan, studying under the nationally renowned Myron LaBan, MD. Dr. Herman is proud to have been selected by Sarasota Magazine for their annual Top Doctors edition from 2015 – 2021.

David M. Klein, MD

Dr. David Klein was born and raised in New York City before moving with his family to Jacksonville, Florida. Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, he holds a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Surgery of the Hand.

At Kennedy-White Orthopaedics, Dr. Klein’s practice includes surgery of the hand, elbow, and shoulder, including joint replacement and treatment of rotator cuff disease. From 2013 – 2021, he has been named a Top Doctor by Sarasota Magazine.

Jonathan M. Koscso, MD

Dr. Jonathan Koscso is a fellowship-trained Orthopaedic Sports Medicine surgeon and has been practicing at Kennedy-White Orthopedic Center since 2022. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Biomedical Sciences before playing professional baseball in the Tampa Bay Rays organization following his undergraduate studies. Upon the end of his professional baseball career, Dr. Koscso returned to USF to complete his medical training at the USF Morsani College of Medicine. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Washington University in St. Louis/Barnes-Jewish Hospital, followed by a specialized Sports Medicine fellowship at the renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.

Daryl L. Miller MD

Dr. Miller earned his Bachelors of Science at the University of Florida before completing his medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine. He remained at Miami to complete his orthopaedic residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he was both Chief Resident of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief Administrative Resident.

Michael J. Moustoukas, MD

Dr. Michael Moustoukas is a fellowship trained-orthopedic surgeon who specializes in treating the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. He graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering. He received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine within the Texas Medical Center. Following his residency training, Dr. Moustoukas then completed a Hand, Upper Extremity and Microvascular fellowship at the University of Alabama – Birmingham

Lam M. Nguyen, MD

Dr. Lam Nguyen is a board certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in spinal surgery. Following his undergraduate studies at Duke University, where he majored in psychology, he attended medical school at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine at Chapel Hill. He was inducted into his medical school’s John B. Graham Research Society. Dr. Nguyen subsequently completed his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. During his residency, Dr. Nguyen investigated the effect of cervical spine alignment on spinal posture and biomechanics. The results of his research have been published in peer-reviewed orthopaedic journals and presented at multiple national and international scientific meetings. Dr. Nguyen was also awarded the distinguished title of “Chief Orthopaedic Resident” during his last year of training.

Patrick J. O’Neill, MD

Dr. Patrick O’Neill is the only board certified fellowship-trained foot and ankle orthopedic surgeon in Sarasota County. He completed his fellowship in foot and ankle surgery at the Johns Hopkins/Union Memorial Hospital program in Baltimore, MD, where he studied with nationally and internationally renowned surgeons.

Ashvin I. Patel, MD

Board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Dr. Ashvin Patel specializes in Spinal Surgery. He attended Tufts University in Massachusetts where he completed his undergraduate and medical education. He received the Reader’s Digest Fellowship and the Tufts University School of Medicine Prize in Family Medicine. Dr. Patel has served on the President’s Council of Tufts University since 2016.

Following his internship in General Surgery and residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, Dr. Patel completed a one-year fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the Lakewood Orthopaedic Clinic in Colorado.

Edward J. Stolarski, MD

Dr. Edward Stolarski is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with advanced training and interest in minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, as well as complex revisions. Dr. Stolarski also welcomes those who have had their joints replaced and are now having problems. He enjoys the complexity and challenges of problematic joint replacements.

Paul S. Satia, MD

Dr. Paul Satia is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation to practice pain medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 2000. He began to specialize in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Manhattan, NY in 2002, followed by five years of specialty training, including a pain medicine fellowship, at the University of South Florida (USF) in Tampa from 2003-2008. He has been practicing pain medicine at Sarasota Memorial Hospital since 2009, and in 2014, Dr. Satia joined Kennedy-White Orthopaedic Center.

Nicholas Talluri, MD

Dr. Nicholas Talluri is a fellowship trained-orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement. He graduated from Washington and Lee University with a degree in Biology. Dr. Talluri received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Chicago Medical School. He then completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Baylor College of Medicine within the Texas Medical Center. Following his residency training, Dr. Talluri completed an Adult Reconstruction fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida.

Ronald P. White, MD

Dr. Ronald White specializes in hip and knee reconstructive surgery and arthroscopic surgery of the knee. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He was elected into fellowship of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (FAAOS) and the American College of Surgeons (FACS). Dr. White is also an active fellow of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He has designed unicompartmental and total knee replacements and hip replacements that are now used in the USA and in various parts of the world.
